hi - i find that i am in the middle of a hard boiled egg. it seems that i hired a person who appeared to be a highly creative, etc., etc., except for one thing - he seems to have a hard time keeping his feet on the floor therefore, what began as '2 days' has stretched out to '2 weeks'.

now i truly feel that i am a little on the patient side, but i feel as if i am coming to an end.

now another thing is that i am sure that he is reading this too and you know, 'if you can't stand the fire, get out of the oven!' hey! hey over here! any chance that we can't get this fire turned up well, i think that the two of us both know where that will leave us but for sure, it won't be a good place.
