suggest something else. if someone cannot even say what they got and what they didn't get, how would they make a claim to begin with?
and even if one can show backup for a payment, it's yet to be proven that they didn't receive the purchased good.
if all it takes is a claim in a thread, i might have a 10k order out - i'm sure you get the point.
