White label sites are hosted by Mediaplazza ...
There is nothing to upload or install ... all you are doing is choosing the template you want to use, choosing the color scheme, and uploading a title header graphic (260x70 pixels and < 15Kb)
The short answer to your Q is yes you must disable the old v1.0 white label site, in order to use the new version 2.0
