I dont see whycant do that, but i dont understand why you wanto use PHP cuzz tyhe spider is not going to follow the PHP coding?
If your really building sites to target SE then i guess the best thing to do is to use HTML and for this project you dont need PHP so why take the risk to build pages and not getting listed at all or on a lower PR?
