No you didn't miss anything. There is one problem I can think of though, when such thing happens. And I didn't make error message for it. The thing is, it probably didn't get the file. Which means, that the filename was wrong, was right but with spaces and my script doesn't want to handle spaces, the file was there, but it was empty or in wrong format.
This is what I can think of. Maybe that helps. Follow the pictures and tutorial :-) Thats the only configuration step.

I use wordtracker for that. I have to say though, I am not that happy with the results, I did score first place in Google for some terms there and it doesn't bring in the amount of promised searches at all.

There is something that pissed me off while using this script for some time. I guess wordtracker was good at some point but now Google tends to favour linkbacks much more than keyword relevance. You can test it by... damn I didn't make the put "" around the search term function either.. argh. Anyway, at first I used this script to try out all the search terms with ""... so when I looked for pancake maker, then it searched like this "pancake maker."
When I made my script use such terms it gave totally different results. Which I thought were good, but in reality if some guy has word pancake on his site.. has PR7. And there is some other guy pointing to his site that is also with high PR and he has word "maker" on the site that links to him. He can totally beat you even if you have "pancake maker," mentioned three times on the page and when Google would list 0 "pancake maker" results....
So... PR counts a lot more than search terms, maybe it didn't some years ago, but now it does. Take a look at that "click here" example in example, Adobe doesn't even have "click here" mentioned once on their site.
Why is this tool good though? You can still find less used word combinations, you don't really even have to use them as search term, but just fill your text with those words that aren't used a lot. Now if you get decent PR for your site you start getting traffic that not that many people get.
