google read all links in different time crawling, google limited upto 100 links in one crawl...google go upto two levels deep crawling...
limit one page maximum of 50 links to the same domain or different domain, otherwise may be google treat your site as ffa pages or something spammy link market...
use site map and restrict upto 25 to 50 links per page...site map for faster crawling...and submit yout sitemap to google...
