Well coding a submitter is not hard task for me, but to maintain its database will be the hardest thing for me and thats why i don't deal with submitters. I just have no resources for now to maintain good and always up to date database.

Actually i have an idea for semi automated smart blog submitter for personal use, but will get with it the summer, now i am busy with my university stuff..
