Sure, that's definately a great way to build trust with your surfers

That approach might work (perhaps even well) if we're talking about a "throw-away" project, but it's probably not something I would recommend for anyone who intends to eventually start posting actual reviews on their site.
If you went by tours alone (possibly including sample pics and videos), there are a lot of lacklustre (or worse) sites out there that would get rave reviews.
And a number of excellent ones that might get slammed.
