hmmm I could have sworn it was in PS. But yes, I had ulead as well, and that cd got stolen at the same time. I remember the tech support wouldn't offer me a replacement download since the box was stolen too so I didn't have a serial number. So I no longer use ulead
Tip: Don't just backup your harddrives - make copies of your bought softwares as well lol
