And, IF you took pics of yourself and a girl doing it hot and heavy on the kitchen table, the girl got angry at you for something a year later, posted the pics all over the net to get back at you...... It would be ok for me to use those pics to promote a cam-site right???? As the pics were real amateur pics - not sponsor content, and already used by 4000 other people???? And if would not bother you at all that I used it to make money........??

I will tell you the same thing I told Pam I know the difference between sponsor content and amateur content. I am signed up with over 500 sponsors and I can usually tell what is amateur. Also if you know the boards you know that there are 3 or 4 well known ones that only allow real amateur girlfriend pics. And guys post there everyday

I can tell you that using sponsor content isn't more illegal than taking other stuff you don't own.........
What if the guy owning the site you're refering to haven't copied it from you at all??? What if there's ten other guys having the exact same site, and he's been taking their code for making a site.... would that be legal according to you, as many people are doing it already??
I can see how you can get mad at people taking your work and using it as their own, but before throwing rocks, make sure you're not living in a glass house.......
It's easy to be "arrested" by the moral police when doing something wrong, you should know as you've been arrested in the past, and are arresting someone now. Webmasters also tend to have memory like elephants, and gaining respect after losing it takes a long time...
Maybe I am just stupid missing a lot of stuff here, or maybe I'm too tired, or maybe I'm just a noob, I don't know, it's prolly the heat putting me in fighting-mode.....
