Now you see why I was so upset when he made his original post, teaching newbies to steal from one forum and repost things elsewhere. Here we are FIGHTING day and night against theft, and he's advocating it and teaching people how to do it?
If you are in the USA and you take explicit content you think is amateur, even with permission, you are breaking Federal law 18 USC 2257 -- ever heard of it, Mike? Do YOU have documentation for every explicit photo on your sites, Mike? Even sponsor content? The law says you have to.
Just imagine if you do what Mike says. You go to surfer forums and find pictures of amateur hotties. You have this photo of this gorgeous, hot chick having sex with 2 guys and take it and put it on your sites and make plenty of sales from it. Then one day, the FBI shows up at your door and asks for model releases and 2 forms of photo ID, one government issued, as they claim the girl is 16. Doesn't matter if she looks 25, doesn't matter what you say - -the FBI does not have to prove she is 16, YOU have to prove she is over 18.
