Well leaving aside the fact that the US is in breach of its agreements, I don't think they are going about it the right way. My personal view is that people should not gamble on credit, and the credit card companies make things too easy for people to run up debts. If the US wants to ban gambling, then it should be done within America, they should not attempt to destroy international businesses because of the public posturing of corrupt officials.
They should censor incoming ips like all the other countries which restrict the freedom of its citizens.
