Well .. 7 billion page views per month is 233 million page views per day.
Lets assume they'd go conservative on the adsense and thus have a CTR of only 1%. That means 2,33 million clicks per day.
Furthermore lets assume they'd get really badly paid clicks - let say 0,03 USD per click, that means they'd make approx 69.900 USD per day, so monthly they'd net around 2,1 mil usd.
Nice chunk of change.
