I have delt with epassporte 4 times in the last two months, I have been called a lier, I have been hung up on, and last night I was treated like dirt just because I called to ask a simple question to clear up a problem.. All I want is a fucking epassporte card with my fucking name on it.. Yes I will pay the fucking $20. All I asked last night is if I could get a new card without them canceling the one with the wrong name on it, till I get the new one.. The cunt instantly wanted to cancel this card, not answer my question..
