Now we have had our attorney check local laws where we produce the content and covered ourself with that. Make sure you do this because you do not want to be raided by local police and be shut down or go to jail.
For instance you are ok producing content in some Florida Cities and Counties while in others you would go to jail. Always cover your self with a attorney on retainer if you are going to produce content. Have her or his number on speed dial. If you need a attorney with specific knowledge about producing adult content contact your local Bar association and tell them the kind of attorney you need. Thats what I did 3 years ago and I am very happy with the lady I have. She takes regular in service to stay up on all the adult laws and she is very good.

Great advice.
It's never been easier to find models than it is today. You might be in the wrong place and I would seriously check out your local laws.
The only thing I can add is to do a casting first, explain to the girls everything about the work and then ask them to fill in a form listing what they will and will not do. Let them know you will be taking test pictures of what they agree to do, if the have IDs they will get paid. This is how you find out what they are comfortable with.
