As much as i love picking on the USA.. thats not correct. The FBI is (or at
least was) very successful in identifying and finding victims and offenders.
And they were very innovative in the use of software to synchronize
databases of missing children with their CP database or using modern
technology to identify the place of the abuse.
But i have read those articles years ago and things might have changed.
Even the FBI itself complains that to Gov covers them with rubbish bullshit
(like the war on porn) and their really important centres of work suffer bc of that.
