Good points there. And another one to add (which you did suggest) is that text isn't just text.
I rarely have a hard time writing eg. a descriptive and informative review or blog post (I do however tend to have a hard time stopping once I get going

), but I just can't write fiction.
Technically I could probably string together a short story (whether the topic is sex or something else entirely), but I seriously doubt it would make for a good read, as it would certainly appear rather forced.
I need to feel inspired to write, and unfortunately the type of inspiration I usually feel doesn't extend to conjuring up stories but rather describe and comment on things or topics in front of me.
