The main thing is making sure you are compliant with local laws, and that your model release reflect those.
Find a local lawyer who is a specialist in internet law and find out what local laws are.
Finding models is easy, we've found some of the best ones in 7-11 or at a bowling alley, you just need to know how to spot who would do it, and not come across as a perv.
