I just dump some of mine to the adult linkdumps. Some of them even get clicked on. I've tested it out on a bunch of my hubpages, and I find that if I linkdump them to the adult dumps, they'll get picked up by Yahoo and MSN much faster than otherwise. I always wait to add adsense long after I've done the dump.
