Your advice is spot on Pam. It doesn't matter if you're promoting BBW or kitchen ware. Knowing your product is one of the fundamental basics of marketing. Door-to-door, phone sales, showroom, face-to-face, internet ... knowing your product applies to all marketing venues.
Great post Pam, I wish it had a higher thread count. Even experienced marketers drift away from the basics sometimes and need a little reminder.
