If I'm reading his posts correctly, he has the money to spare, but didn't want to spend it. Ahmed, I think what you didn't get with Kamilla's advice is that she meant spending points that you would have just lying there in your account after a few months/years of posting - the ones you wouldn't be using for anything else. Otherwise, just spend the $25 if you have them and really want to experiment with traffic.
Trying to earn the points so quickly by posting is futile. You simply do not have enough points for it at this point in time. Buying them is the same as paying for traffic with money. If you feel like making Scream happy while paying for your traffic, by all means, buy his points.
Up to you now if you want to spend the money or not. It's only $25 and if you want to play with buying traffic just to learn, just go ahead with it
