Do they actually need any info from ePassporte? I would imagine (well, just speculating really) that Visa must have the name, address etc. tied to the Visa Electron card (though I guess it's possible to supply false information of course - when you sign up for the ePass account - but let's not get into the legal ramifications of that
).
