Hmm, blogger.com blogs are in general quite fast indexed by google. But things do change, so i'm not 100% sure.

I wouldn't worry about being blocked by google for adding to many blog posts at once, but other services like technorati might block you. noproblem posted a nice plugin to solve this problem.
