splogging on your own domain is not the same as splogging on hosted blogs. With free hosted splogging you are working in a much more confined space so you need to target your spog that much more to get the best results.
i have been using free hosted splogs for at least a year and a half now and i know that i came into it very late and i also know that every man and his dog is also splogging so i really dont think you are treading on anyones toes as everyone aleady has bruised toes in splogging.
