Link Dumps and Tubes are traffic pumps if used properly. Some people buy traffic others have the traffic and monetize it. I did not look all that hard at the site but it looked like a dump to me.
Those types of sites are like Playing roulette you might find a high quality 5 min video or a really shitty 20 second clip. Very much like the old heavy TGP skim and CJ days. But for the most part it creates an illusion that you get so much for nothing while getting sucked in and watning to pay for more.
