So we are selling 100 videos and more, Tube sites are delivering *on average* 1 or 2 at a time and never more than 30 in a month. So if they are killing the business they are taking surfers/members from us. Because they are meeting the surfers/members needs.

I will not claim tubes are killing the adult biz but they have just about killed P2P sharing as content thieves have moved in a new direction. See in the old days you paid for hosting and your host knew who you were or could pull the plug. Today you can upload to Megarotic use their bandwidth and be 100% anonymous from the host and the law. They have no limits on how many videos the visitors can watch and you can upload all the videos you need under multiple accounts and hotlink them to your site for free. I just wish more webmasters who do not pay for the perks would sign up and upload full length movies as it might drive them in the ground.
Most have no real concept of how much bandwidth some of these sites have or what keeps them funded. They are called investment strategies and there are technology investment firms or venture capital investors lined up and down the block looking for projects like these. There are many projects currently running that do not produce a dime of money for anyone and yet have millions in funding behind them.
Firefox is prime example and shortly after that came along Maxthon was given funding for the Asian markets. These sites actually are making money which is what you dont understand and they are making it had over fist by allowing others to give away your content for free. So you really have no idea what you are up against. Google GETS PAID by webmasters creating sites for their network and its pretty clear who profits the most from adwords. The broswer that Google is pushing to give away is actually used by people who are stealing your content and Google actually profits from it in somewhere down the line. Im sure you never realized how many sites are getting paid by Adbtrite and others too.
