depends on how late I was up and what I had for dinner but usually a couple of banana pancakes, cut fruit (usually pineapple and watermelon), scrambled eggs and water. I used to drink coffee but Ive slowly stopped that habit and stick to coffee only when I need it.
If Im not hungry at all I usually eat a bowl of cereal with regular milk (skim tastes like shit to me) and a couple of bananas.
