well if you have hosting from a sponsor you could get feedwordpress and syndicate all feeds you want, as far as I know theres no limit to that, maybe a few 1000 but thats it
thumblogger and other sites have restrictions, id say stick to one good blog get a virtual account paid or sponsored and go from there
