If you were smart you would use your video site to shuffle some of your visitors off to a TGP or something. Get them away from the high bandwidth content if its not profitable for you. Use the video site as an lure and make it a wee bit unfriendly after the second video or something. Many dump sites with 15-30 min clips will get you in the door let you eat and then push you towards an Video site with those 15 sec clips.
There are many things you could do but you need to do your homework. Start by visiting Camlestyle.com and take notes on what you find. Some are 30 sec and others are 30 min. It's a game of roulette and when surfers get tired of the games they convert into customers.
