18 year old boys ain't buying memberships to sites with girls they can get for free. Unless they are real sad, but even then they look for it for free.
Porn is about a fantasy of something you can't get. 18 year old boys want their mates Mum, sell them MILF. 45 year old men want their sons girlfriend, sell them Teens.
How do you sell to the surfers looking at your site? Look at the search terms, galleries, links, etc that produce the most traffic and sales. If all you have is a URL then think about the people who will type it into a SE. Think about the keywords, Meta Tags and everything else that will send traffic. Use this to construct your sales pitch. You create the marketing to fit the sales you know how to convert. Doing it any other way is foolish in teens.
My advice to anyone thinking about coming into a highly targeted market like teens is don't. Unless you know the answers to the basic questions like "What motivates a 45 year old to buy a teen site" and you know the odds on selling to 18 year olds are very long.
If you do know, look for sites that will convert a consumer who has been into the niche for 20 years. Who has joined all the top sites and knows there are 100s of sites he could join instead of the one you're offering him.
This is not like selling a niche where the consumer is at a disadvantage looking for sites. It's a market where he's spoilt for choice and he knows it. A market where some of the top sites on the Net set the surfers standards.
Get it right and you will make money and good money.
