Erots, you are spot on as they say. I built a brand and I capitalize on it. But it's not just about selling paysites or galleries. There is SO much else out there to sell in the porn industry.
I keep telling people here to listen to the surfers. I suggested you talk to the surfers and Paul listened and put up a forum to chat with his surfers. This way you find out what they want, what they don't want, etc.
Remember, every customer is different as are their needs and wants.
You don't have to sell them porn sites only. Sell a straight guy a membership to a tranny site as he's curious about dick and have links to male toys as well .... upsell wherever you can.
