I just bought a six month membership to Fuckingmachines recently, and I can definately say that that particular site at least is in my opinion better than ever (at least both volume and technical quality is up significantly since my last visit, but I also think many of the new updates are just as great as those they had a year or two ago), so I don't really think it's that side of the equation that's causing worse ratios for some of you.
