Yes, I also had all the tile reglazed as well. They use an acid chemical base to remove the shiny surface, then use a type of spray paint gun to glaze it with many layers.
They did the kitchen tile, too. They charge a lot but it's well worth it.
I don't know the costs right now, mine were done about ... hm ... tile was done when I bought the house about 15 years ago I guess, and I redid the tub about 5 years ago when I wanted the color freshened up.
