I tried to submit one but
1. the capcha was simply unreadable
I attached the file to see it
than it was slightly better, but didn't wanted to accept the blog I read the captcha 2-3 times before pressing submit and still there was a notice that captcha is wrong
for the 6 or second time no error message just the submit form came back
so not sure if the blog was submitted or it was submitted for a few times
sorry for that if that happened
