i don't know what themestores you've been looking at then. it's one thing to take a free theme, cut it up and offer it again as free. it's another thing to resell themes you've purchased rights too over and over again. but when you're taking licensed templates, editing them, and selling them as your own without obtaining resell rights. that is an entirely different ballgame. he's already made it obvious he has not got resell rights to the themes by agreeing to take down the ones he's been caught on. another has been found since then, and i wouldn't doubt if people found others yet.
I like how people in this industry just continue to shrug there shoulders and ignore all the blatant ripoffs and scams, and continue supporting people who perpetrate them even after they've been outed.
