You need to sort out the menu, for example you don't need the pages widget as you don't have any info on the about page. Also I would change the theme if possible, although your not using the standard blue theme, its still very basic. So a BBW theme would be a good idea, and you can pick them up free from sites like

Don't forget to use the sidebar for a bit of advertising, galleries of the day are a good idea.
