I'm looking for the same thing but i'm worried about what would happen if i need to reinstall my system and can't/forget to uninstall the locking program, will i still be able to access my folders?
Did a stupid thing once and encrypted a few windows folders so only my user account could access them but forgot to decrypt them when i reinstalled XP and got pretty screwed
