First thing you need to do before you do anything at all is contact a lawyer where you live, there are many different laws, some by country, some even so small as by city. No one on netpond is certfied to give you legal advice. You can ask if you wish, but be reminded we are not lawyers no do we play one on tv. If you get in a bind with your laws, there is not one of us that can stand up next to you and tell the judge we are a lawyer. I can tell you right now, judges don't go for well so and so said so on netpond. It won't mean a hill of beans to the judge.
