I've seen spanking and bdsm content like this, though more often thats a black background. Generally that is not the best content, and its not done much any more.
Its also de rigeur in certain fine art and erotica photography, more often with roll paper then imho.
If you're going for a backgroundless sort of look, ie you are totally blowing out the detail of the backdrop, then you might have better luck with roll paper, and light the roll paper well... you can end up with a nice smooth gradient effect this way too.
If its POV I'm thinking bj, which means I'm thinking you're standing and shooting down at the girl. If thats the case, you're shooting the floor though, so maybe I'm misunderstanding you. If that was the case, I wouldn't want to blow all detail out of the floor, that would be really bizarre and disorientating I'd guess.
