I haven't read the rules here but other places spamming will get you banned.
To answer your question;
Some people know how to bring traffic to a site but don't have want to run their own website. PLus what if they make $0 from their traffic? at least partnering with me, I have a backup plan so they still get paid.
Side note, If somebody knows how to bring more than 10k uv daily, and traffic likes to buy things. I would like to offer 60% earnings from CTC, and 50% earnings from BLA.
