Just because it hasn't been posted on boards and it's not public knowledge doesn't mean they don't suck. You should hear some of the horror stories I've been told about some of the self-proclaimed "reputable" outsourcing companies in the industry.
Oh and yes, I do realize you're an oursourcing company of sorts and wouldn't be caught dead saying that outsourcing companies suck.
