Thank you all for your suggestions, guys.
Outsourcing is not for me, really: i want to have a straight, direct relationship with those working with me and i don't feel i could have that with outsourcing companies. I know it's hard to find the right person, but if you don't search and spread the work about it... ;-)
Sleazy and rogue: you both would be perfect, in terms of trust and i'm sure that also about skills you could cover 90% of what i need which would be great. It has to be seen what kind of dedication you can put on it, since i'm sure you have a lot of other projects and things going on.
I'm over booked getting laid until Monday (lol), but i will write down a detailed list of things i need to be taken care of on a daily basis and will send it to you. Hopefully we can take it from there as you both know i have a weakness for you guys ;-)
