I put hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot or Tabasco) on almost everything ...

I get bitchy if I go too long without my hot sauces.

I picked up some really nice ones in the States last year -- with names like "FIRE IN THE HOLE" and TEXAS TONGUE TORCHER" and "BUTT BURNER" ... a variety of Cayenne and Habernero peppers
