you should just include a 1 line disclaimer right at the top of the page, something like "adults only, leave now if you are below legal age"
but the way i see it, a significant number of new sites don't even bother
risks...make sure your host allows adult...whois protect your domain..stay away from illegal content, if its surfer uploaded its 100% illegal
