Yep, it's a shame that Opera's small marketshare means that some add-on developers just won't bother making an version.
From PicLens' FAQ as well:
"What about support for Opera or Safari (Windows)?
Opera and Safari (Windows) are fantastic browsers, and we can understand why users love them. However, due to resource constraints, our team needs to wait until the user base for these two browsers grows a bit."
Which is basically the same as saying that we'll never see an Opera version. It's been around for 12 years now, and I think it's safe to say that it missed the window of opportunity it may have had for increasing market shares by any remotely substantial percentage.
Fortunately the 2-3% or so it has is enough to keep development going - and obviously I still think it's the best browser on the market in most areas (particularly pertaining to user interface flexibility). But it is a bit of a shame that certain tools or add-ons just don't exist in an Opera version - and that there are some useful (and probably a ton of less useful) Firefox plugins that don't have either a built-in Opera equivalent, or which can be done with custom buttons, UserJS or similar.
Still, I personally don't need RoboForm, and as I said, I only really use one of the sites with PicLens support on a regular basis - so for now at least I'll stick to Opera, and load up FF or IE with the PicLens plugin when I visit DeviantArt
