Epassporte.com Reverses Payment Transfer!
I was informed by Epassporte.com today after reviewing my account that they reversed charges because the member stated that there was an erroneous payment made during transfer of funds. Epassporte has drained my account of existing funds and left it at as negative balance.
I cannot for the life of me believe Epass would do this!
Epassporte never contacted me in regards... The transferring member emailed Epassporte saying they had made an erroneous transfer and were reissued their funds that they made as repayment (stated in original message).
So if you ever receive a payment from Epassporte be aware that the payment can be reversed for any reason.
Epassporte has rectified this situation and funds are backi in my accountEpassporte.com representative Micheal is to be thanked for his expedient help in resolving my claims against Prime Outsourcing.
My complaint with Epass has been resolved with them and the matter is closed.
