Not much

. I think the most I've benched was 100 kg (220 pounds), and even when I worked out five or six days a week in my late teens I rarely went over 80 kg for around 6-8 reps.
I can't remember how much I could squat, I dropped squat and deadlift and a few other free weight exercises when I started having back problems around age 18, which I've had ever since, and getting worse over the years (the last five years or so, probably not made any better by the lack of exercise though).
One slobbily executed lift, or just too much back tension (wouldn't dare risk even a properly executed flat bench press these days, incline perhaps) - even very low weight - and I'm down with a more or less severely thrown back.
Moving things like furniture is a pain - often litterally

.
