I'm looking for recommendations for a US-based company for DVD replication and fulfillment. I will provide the DVD-ready files and cover art in TIF format.

I'm fine with print-on-demand replicators (i.e. burned discs). It would be best if the same outfit could take orders (via their shop interface and ecommerce) and ship directly to customers. Payouts should be no greater than monthly, and by company check (no ePass garbage) or wire.

Anyone work with someone they know/trust?
