Stop the hijack already!
cuddelkitty I can tell ya you are not alone! Loads of parents seem to piss off and stress out loads of people when they get old.
We got our own lives to lead, so if it gets too much, you shouldn't feel guilty about, erm, dealing with the situation.
Erm, can't say what to do about it 'cos it annoys the fuck out of me when it happens, so, erm, well, I'll stop now 'cos I'll look like not a very nice person.
We're having to consider invoking powers of attorney on my GF's parents bank account atm 'cos they are going completely mental.
