Look for royalty free music clips and loops, read the terms for prohibited uses.

There are a few free sound projects where you can get loops and such, normally these require crediting the sources and I don't know if porn is prohibited from using them either.

Getting Ableton Live or Reason, or whatever might be cheapest long term. I messed around a bit with Live years ago and it was easy to use, devote maybe a good full day to it and you can make your own.

Of course, music playing in the background forces you to maintain continuity when editing. I wouldn't do it, but then most of my stuff is being shot off of a tripod with me in it, so any change of camera position equals a cut. Personally I find the cuts more aesthetically pleasing than a cameraman moving around with continuous tape.
